My dear childhood friend, your mother and mine were high school best friends...they remained so through the death of your mom...you were born 6 days before me and you always teased me about being the oldest and also teased me unmercifully (in front of many) about how you were the first to see me naked (granted we were itty bitty babies, but you would leave that part out) Donnie, although we went our different ways in life and saw one another infrequently, you were my first friend and I will remember the memories fondly.....
Donnie named me "Mrs. Trapper" during those high school days, great memories, good times camping in the white mountains with his family, bear hunting with Bill, and the poster they made of Donnie standing on one of Paul Brunner's tree stands with all the animals hanging from it. True hunter. Will miss you but will feel your presence in the woods.
Too too young, but now there is a new angel to watch over the good folk of the north country as they hike and hunt enjoys Gods beauty. Thanks for the memories Don.
